Looking into the future:

• Continue to provide support and information to the Bengali voluntary sector, CBA's members and user groups.
  
• Work towards upgrading CBA's training and meeting room facilities.
  
• Update the directory of Bengali voluntary organisations working across the United Kingdom.
  
• Work towards achieving Investors in People Standard.
  
• Support more of CBA's user groups to work towards the accreditation of the Legal Services Commission Quality Mark.
  
• Catalogue and expand its in house library resource.
  
• Facilitate networking opportunities between the voluntary, statutory and private sector representatives.
  
• Continue to produce wide ranging informative newsletters and other publications.
  
• Explore funding to enable the employment of staff to strengthen the support already provided to the sector.
  
• Facilitate a Funders Conference.
  
• Produce an extensive training programme for 2005 tailored to the needs of our members and user groups.
